Rehabilitation is the meat and potatoes of recovering from most aches and pains, as well as sports injuries. Here the priority is finding the right amount of activity and exercise to get back to what you want to do. Many of our patients have previously been given sheets of generic exercises, but we will use technology and experience to identify your specific limitations and find the exact rehabilitation programme that fits into your lifestyle.
