We don't just provide you with standard physiotherapy, we treat you from start to finish. We evaluate, educate and rehabilitate which gives the best outcome no matter how big or small the problem is. Read on below to understand the process we follow in order to treat you in the most effective way possible.
We spend plenty of time getting to know you and your pain, how it came about and evaluating the source. Determining the root cause is the key to successful rehabilitation.
We do much more than hand out exercise sheets and give you a massage, we provide hands on treatment and think through your problem.
We’ll provide an initial consultation to thoroughly assess your pain and injury in depth, allowing us to diagnose the root cause and determine the best method of bespoke treatment for YOU. This will include history, relevant medical background and a physical examination.
We can then combine an extensive range of treatments to create a personalised plan to suit you. Not only do we provide the treatment, but we will also educate and coach you to improve your awareness of your problem.
We’ll show you how you can provide self-help alongside the treatment plan, to get the most
successful outcome. You may be shown movements that are contributing to your problem and will be coached how best to sit, stand and walk, along with which exercises you can do to reduce your discomfort.
This is all part of our complete care package designed to get you back fighting fit as soon as possible.

The average number of sessions required is between 4 and 6 and you will be fully involved and educated on your treatment plan.
Your rehabilitation will combine a personalised programme of 45 minute specialist sessions, either in our progressive therapeutic environment, with all the equipment required to complete your treatment.
Ongoing and consistent treatment is key to ensuring long term pain relief. We often see patients who see improvement after a course of sessions, only to see the pain return when the treatment stops. Our patients get every sixth session for free when you book a course of five.
This is all part of our complete care package designed to get you back feeling more comfortable and at your best as soon as possible.
